Established in 2013 the the firm takes forward the long standing legacy of Late Shri Ratilal P. Bhalja who had established R. P. Bhalja & Co. in 1964. His experience of serving the clients over almost 4 decades and his teachings of ethics, service and confidentiality are the strong foundations upon which the firm is built. We endeavor to take this legacy forward by providing value-added, timely and personalised services to our clients.

Meet The Team
Shrikant Bhalja
Veteran tax practitioner started off in the year 1978 to join his father's practice - R. P. Bhalja & Co. He has a vast experience of over 40 years into Income Tax consulting practice.
He specialises in Income tax matters and has consulted clients at various assessments & appeals.

He has vast experience and in-depth knowledge of Income Tax and allied laws. He has also assisted clients in family settlement and Estate and succession planning
Ashok Bhalja
Veteran Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in practice. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978 and joined R. P. Bhalja & Co. and also went on to setup A. R. Bhalja & Co. in 1985.

He heads the audit and assurance practice and also advises clients on Income Tax Act related issues.

His experience of over four decades is a guiding light for the firm.
Grishma Bhalja
She qualified as a Chartered Accountat in the year 2012 and has been in practice ever since.
She has undertaken audit assignments across industries and sectors and also leads the Indirect Tax practice of the firm. She has represented clients at various Departmental Audits of VAT & Service Tax in the past & now GST.

She has successfully assisted clients across sectors to raise funds from banks and financial institutions.
Jagrit Bhalja
Jagrit leads the Corporate Finance vertical in the firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience of more than 14 years in financial advisory services, with a major focus on investment banking. He specialises in giving finance solution to Real Estate companies.
He has worked with clients across sectors be it Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Printing, Healthcare, Education, Information Technology, Imports & Exports to raise funds through vanilla loans, structured loans and private placements. He has successfully handled finance proposals worth more than INR 3500 crores.
